MICHAEL CHIN, PT, DPT, CSCS
Owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Michael Chin has been practicing in the sports and orthopedic setting since 2006, first as a student athletic trainer for UC Davis Division I sports and now as a seasoned physical therapist and trainer with a mission to help clients perform and feel their very best. With an undeniable excitement and passion for sports, Michael has also been training competitive youth and professional level tennis players since 2008 and served as a CrossFit coach and Director of Mobility at Marvelous Performance Academy in Burlingame, CA. Through 1000s of patient contact hours with a diverse population, including professional-level athletes, Michael has developed a proven and eclectic approach to treatment that is individualized, results-driven, and specific to each client’s needs. Michael strongly believes in providing compassionate care that is focused around restoring movement and function, and tailored toward specific client goals. Michael earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from New York University and his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Biology from UC Davis. He is also an NSCA-certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and hosts seminars and workshops on biomechanics and mobility. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing tennis, golf, hockey, snowboarding, CrossFitting, and training for his first half Ironman.

POOJA PAL, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Pooja Pal is a licensed physical therapist, dedicated to helping clients get back to their sport and living pain-free. She has worked with a diverse population of clients - from athletes and weekend warriors to patients rehabilitating post major surgery and active duty military and veterans. Pooja enjoys interacting with each of her clients to learn more about their interests and goals to maximize their function and success. Pooja empowers them with an understanding of their bodies so once they graduate from physical therapy, they have the tools to manage their condition over the long term. She is fluent in 3 languages: English, Hindi and Punjabi. Pooja earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of the Pacific (UOP) and Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at San Jose State University (SJSU). Since her time at UOP, she has dedicated her time to programs focused on education and advocacy in health, nutrition, and active lifestyle, as well as increasing accessibility of physical therapy. During her free time, you can find Pooja being active outdoors or trying a new DIY project. Whether it be hiking with friends/family, trail running, or learning golf. She is currently attempting to create a big flower wall for herself. Athletic Fun Fact: Pooja completed her first urban stair climb in April 2022 which consisted of a grueling 5-6 hours of climbing stairs across San Francisco to support the American Lung Association.

JULIA MULLER, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Julia Muller is a licensed physical therapist, passionate about helping people overcome barriers to lifelong fitness through exercise education, coaching, problem-solving, and motivation. With an extensive background as a competitive athlete, musician, and coach, Julia is known for creating a fun, stress-free rehab environment that doesn’t feel like work and where she can celebrate victories right alongside her clients. She has a broad range of clinical experience and loves working with all populations, especially weightlifters, crossfitters, endurance athletes, performing artists, geriatrics, and cardiopulmonary rehab patients. Julia received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and holds a CrossFit Level 1 certificate. She is also certified in the clinical management of the fitness athlete (Cert-CMFA) through the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE) and is very involved with the ICE community. While Julia loves her New England roots, she moved to California for the weather, sunshine, coastline, and mountains. In her free time, Julia enjoys live music (classical/orchestras, indie/folk), playing the flute/piccolo, finding new hiking trails, driving far too out of her way to find good sunsets and cool trees. Athletic fun fact: Julia swam for 17 years, including attending College Club Swimming Nationals for 3 years in a row! She is also training for the Yosemite Half Marathon in May!

MICHELLE KUI
Care Coordinator
Michelle is with our clients throughout their entire P3 journey, ensuring they have a smooth and relaxing experience on their path to attaining their health goals and living a happy life. Along with her warm personality, Michelle strives to anticipate our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. She loves to connect with people and finds meaning in her work each day when she sees our clients glow with excitement, hope, and clarity as they leave the office. She is excited to witness their growth and is honored to be a part of P3 and our clients' journey. Michelle attended College of San Mateo, transferred to CSU East Bay for Performance and Dance Studies and studied at several yoga schools. Through her volunteer work, she has discovered her immense joy in being the first person to welcome people and is always finding ways to create the client experience a more joyful and peaceful one. In her free time, Michelle loves watching films and is a bit of a movie nerd. She enjoys listening to different kinds of music and dancing freely. Athletic fun fact: Danced with Santa Clara Ballet Company in the Nutcracker, with multi-roles as the Male Party Guest, Toy Soldier and Russian Doll Dancer, and she would love to give you insight on what she learned from this experience, so please don’t be shy to ask her when you come to visit!

TRICIA OLSON
Operations & Marketing
Tricia works behind the scenes on P3 operations and marketing programs to help maximize our clients' experience and to reach the people who need our help. Growing up as a dancer and playing soccer, she understands the value of movement, mobility, and fitness (both physically and mentally), and she is grateful to have the opportunity use her background in marketing and business development to help others feel their best. In her free time, you can find Tricia staying active, entertaining her active toddler, exploring the South Bay, watching movies, or planning her next vacation. Athletic Fun Fact: In a feat of physical strength, Tricia swam to safety after her raft capsized in category IV rapids in Queensland, New Zealand. She is grateful to be alive!
