Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client. In pursuit of providing quality care and the best possible client experience, we schedule our appointments so each client receives the right amount of time to be seen and heard by our staff. As of September 1, 2022, we have implemented a cancellation, reschedule, and no-show policy that enables us to better utilize available appointments for clients and maintain the best possible service to our clients.
Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy (effective September 1st):
P3 Athletic and Physical Therapy requires 48 hours (2 full business days) notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Any canceled, rescheduled, or missed appointments are subject to the following fees:

Less than 24 hours in advance = full amount of scheduled session*

Less than 48 hours to 24 hours in advance = $100

No-show - full amount of scheduled session*
Note: Monday appointments should be cancelled no later than Thursday at the appointment time to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within the 48-hour threshold may no longer be completed using our scheduling site. ​In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given, and a one-time exception may be granted.
​Please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give our staff time to give another person the opportunity to have access to timely care.
